前置词详解

前置词（Prepositions）

前置词也称为介词。我以为称为前置词更妥，因为前置词的位置是在作为宾语的名词或代词前，起到一个连接宾语的作用。

常见的前置词有：about above across after against along among around

at before behind below beneath beside between beyond but by despite down during except for from in inside into like near off of on onto out outside over past since through throughout till to toward under underneath until up upon with within without

前置词的作用是说明句子中的主语与宾语的联系或关系。

例句：The dog is under the table. Dog 是主语，Table 是宾语，Under 是前置词，它说明主语和宾语的关系。

前置词可以单独使用，但是在更多的情况下是以特定的前置词短语出现。这些短语大多是固定性的，变换了前置词之后，该词组的意思会改变。
